We are pleased to introduce a limited-edition, hand drawn and hand colored arts and crafts pottery print series by artist Jason Ackman. Paul Revere pottery which was created by the Saturday Evening Girls (SEG) club is the first print in this exclusive decorative and educational collection.

There will be approximately 10 prints in the series introduced at the rate of about two or three per year. Future prints will feature arts and crafts potteries such as Fulper, George Ohr, Grueby, Marblehead, Newcomb, Rookwood, Roseville, Teco, Van Briggle, and Weller.

The series will be sold in consecutive number sequence. We will keep a list of print numbers sold to each customer so that the same print number can be offered to the same customer for subsequent pottery prints in the series.

The arts and crafts pottery prints are created in the following method.  Jason draws the design outline and then screens the image on Stonehenge archival paper using Speedball poster ink. Jason then hand colors the design using Winsor and Newton gouache to provide a nice opaque watercolor finish. The prints are then signed and consecutively numbered with a maximum of 100 of each print.

The prints are matted using Crescent Regular acid free-archival mattboard that will fit into an 11” x 14” frame. Framed print size is 14 1/2" by 17 1/2". The frame is quartersawn oak and the glass is UV.  All print designs will be vertical in format. A label will be printed and sent with each print for the buyer to attach to the back of the mat or back of the frame. The label text will include a brief history of the pottery.
